Two Mindful Bees is a mindful well-being social enterprise dedicated to promoting mental well-being and engaged mindfulness in our daily lives.Our mission is to create engaging opportunities for individuals to cultivate mindfulness and reconnect with themselves, nature and our community.At TMB, we offer a unique peer-practicing mindfulness space designed to provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for everyone, whether new to mindfulness or an experienced practitioner. Through guided activities, meditation sessions, and mindfulness exercises, we aim to help you develop mental clarity, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.

Take a deep breath and join us in reconnecting with nature to foster a sense of tranquility, happiness, and balance within the serene surroundings of the park.Our mindful walk, lasting 45-60 minutes, is tailored to accommodate the preferences of all participants. Walk with us along gentle slopes and enchanting paths amidst ancient woodlands, where we'll engage in mindfulness exercises crafted to heighten our awareness of the present moment, our physical sensations, and the natural world surrounding us.This inclusive event welcome participants of all ages, embracing families and individuals alike.
