You will be taught by your instructor <a href="https://www.akers-of-art.co.uk/" title="https://www.akers-of-art.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Rachel Akers</a>, step by step how to make a beautiful clay lantern.What to expect:<ul><li>Introduction to air-drying clay: Your experienced instructor Rachel Akers will start by explaining the properties of air-drying clay and basic handling techniques. You’ll get comfortable kneading, rolling, and shaping the clay.</li><li>Project inspiration: you will be taken through the process of creating a clay lantern, from rolling out the clay to making holes for the light to shine through to the finishing touches, so you will go away with a final piece to be proud of</li><li>Hands-on creation: Dive into the creative process! With all the tools and materials provided, you’ll bring your lantern project to life.</li><li>Finishing touches: Learn how to smooth imperfections, add details, and personalize your creations. We’ll explore various finishing options like painting, sanding, and varnishing (depending on the project).</li><li>Sharing and celebrating: Take a moment to showcase your finished masterpieces!
