PLEASE NOTE THE TIME FOR THIS WORKSHOP HAS CHANGED TO 6PMJoin us for a summer workshop hosted by Maxine, the queen of breathing techniques! She will be taking us through breathing techniques and other similar ways to calm your soul and reset your nervous system. We thought we would take advantage of nature and hold this one outside the Coffee Cup in Eastney. Facilitated by the best coaches and professionals in various backgrounds and self-management from different walks of life. Through engaging interactions, group discussions and informative talks these workshops are designed to spread useful awareness of mental state, how it could possibly relate to our daily lives, workplaces and daily interactions with people. What you will gain from our sessions:<ul><li>Insights into the human mind and just how it works.</li><li>Tactics to help learn, feel and manage a range of positive and negative emotions</li><li>Due consideration of your current mental state.</li><li>Tips and analysis you can use to manage your thoughts and habits during down times.</li><li>Mind Management skills and understanding the power of an open mind</li><li>Developing good communication skills both with others and our individual minds</li><li>Coping techniques that help manage distress and increase resilience for all age ranges.</li></ul>
