The Mindset Maintenance Workshops are a series of workshops focused on mindset and resilience for better mental health.

Coming from a high-tempo military career and a traumatic childhood due to bullying, I have encountered high levels of stress and experienced burnout a number of times. I was unable to recognise the signs and symptoms of burnout and would continue on with my bad habits until finally, the wheels came completely off, and I was seriously unwell, physically and mentally. Now, I have integrated a number of techniques into my working day that enable me to remain aware and in tune with how my mind and body feel. A combination of meditation, breathwork and exercise. This workshop will give you three tools you can use daily, at the office or home office that will help you to remain focused and healthy. I call it Presence; all you need is a stopwatch and somewhere to sit down and walk. Join me, Thomas Burgess, at the Mindset Maintenance Workshop day to learn a life hack that will help you to find yourself and fend off the stresses of the working day.Facilitated by the best coaches and professionals in various backgrounds and self-management from different walks of life.
