We all know what it feels like when life gets too loud — when your thoughts spiral, your body tightens, and you can't quite think straight. Most of us push through. This workshop is an invitation to do something different.

Mindset Reset is a practical, science-backed 90-minute workshop designed for anyone who wants to understand what's actually happening when stress takes hold — and learn how to gently, effectively work with it.

This isn't about positive thinking or being told to breathe more. It's about understanding the biology behind how you feel, recognising your own early warning signals, and building a small personal toolkit you can use in real moments — the difficult conversation, the overwhelming day, the 3am spiral.

What we'll cover:

🧠 The science of stress and why your brain behaves the way it does under pressure — and why that's not a character flaw

🌀 How to catch yourself before you hit the red zone — and what to do when you notice the early signs

📍 A personal trigger mapping exercise to understand your own patterns (completely private — nothing to share unless you want to)

🌬️ Breathing techniques that actually shift your nervous system in under 60 seconds

💬 How to unhook from anxious thoughts instead of fighting them

🔄 Simple body and self-talk tools that change how you feel from the inside out

This workshop is for you if:

  • Stress or anxiety has been getting in the way of how you want to feel and function
  • You've tried "just relaxing" and it doesn't quite cut it
  • You're curious about why you respond the way you do — and whether it can change
  • You want something practical to take away, not just an hour of talking about feelings

What to expect:

A warm, welcoming space. No corporate jargon, no pressure to share, no prior knowledge needed. Just 90 minutes of genuinely useful content delivered in a way that feels human. Jennifer Goldie is a Resilience and Wellbeing Facilitator with a CIPD L&D Level 5 qualification and a background in performance and stress science. She brings together evidence-based psychology, nervous system tools, and practical experience to create workshops that are both grounded and genuinely transformative.
