What will be covered in the session:

This face to face event looks at the first foundation of being a business owner or entrepreneur, which is a robust and resilient mindset. A common set of issues and experience happen to all and the need to be resilient and robust in your mental attributes are more important than marketing and the ability to turn £1 into £2. We will discuss the meaning of entrepreneur, and at what stage in the business cycle you can be comfortable with this. Exploring that many existing business owners might make novice errors.

What is on offer and who should attend:

  • The mindset to be a business owner
  • The common traps to avoid, concepts that you know will help you to be successful
  • Imposter syndrome and when you can call yourself an entrepreneur
  • Time Management and how routines and planning will save you time and money
  • FAIL = First Attempt In Learning in the MVP cycle
  • Building Quality relationships
  • How to avoid common mistakes and misconceptions before they take root.

This event is for people aged 19+ and takes place in the BIPC Huntingdon on the first floor of Huntingdon Library, which is wheelchair accessible.
