First Wave

The early risers start at 9am. Please be on the market place 30 minutes ahead of time to complete registration.

10:00 AM

Second wave

The later starters and faster walkers or runners can start at a later time, but please be on the Market Place for 9:30 to complete registration.

Frequently asked questions

Can we bring a dog?

Yes, dogs are welcome, but please note that live stock will be in fields and birds will be nesting on the fell, so dogs should be kept on leads at all times.

Can children complete the walk?

The mini challenge is not pushchair or buggy friendly.

What if it rains?

It rains.

Distances and options?

There is the main route, which is approximately 9 miles / 15 kilometres and then there is a short cut reducing distance to half: 4.3 miles / 7 kilometres.
