Mining Bees Webinar
Event Information
About this Event
The Andrena are the largest genus of bees in the UK with 68 species. They typically nest in light soils excavated by the females, hence the common name of mining bees. Focusing on the common species of North West England, World Museum's Tony Parker will give an introduction to their identification, ecology, and behaviour. We will end with an interactive question and answer session.
Please book your space via Eventbrite and you will be sent information on how to join the webinar.
