Mining For Joy - Dee Williams
An experiental event on discovering how capturing micro moments of Joy can have a lasting benefit on your physical and emotional wellbeing.
Join us for a wonderfully relaxing session incorporating mindfulness, Immersive guided meditation, and an exploration of the effects of joy on the nervous system.
Together we will explore the power of the little things, those tiny moments that bring a smile to your lips and a lightness to your step. These moments are called Glimmers, they are found in the everyday and are unique to all of us.
Noticing and curating our micro moments can add up to big changes emotionally and physically. Cultivating a long term appreciation of glimmers can help improve mood, lower anxiety, and counteract the effect of stress.
