Mirrors — A Self Development & Alignment Circle (BCN)

Mirrors — A Self Development & Alignment Circle (BCN)

Overview

Circle for spiritually inclined people devoted to inner work and living in alignment and authenticity with their true Self. Guided by Blau.

✦ DESCRIPTION

A small, in-person guided circle in Barcelona for people who feel they are at a turning point in their lives and wish to engage in conscious self-development — psychologically, spiritually, and practically.

The circle is Jungian-inspired, working from lived experience, intuition, and reflection. We explore ideas such as shadow, projection, and individuation — not as theories to study, but as experiences we recognize in our own lives.
This is a space to explore and work with fear, shame, confidence, and authenticity.

This circle is held from a holistic and socially aware perspective, recognizing that personal processes are inseparable from cultural, social, and political contexts, and affirming all identities, bodies, and expressions.

This circle is for people who:
• feel drawn to depth and self-awareness
• resonate with symbolic, intuitive, and mystical ways of understanding life
• want to transform inner insight into concrete weekly action
• are willing to take responsibility for their choices
• believe in meaning, hope, and transformation

Mysticism here is grounded and embodied — a devotion to life’s mystery without escaping reality.

This is not coaching or teaching, and I am not a psychologist or psychiatrist. The circle is a therapeutic and reflective space that considers the personal, relational, spiritual, and creative dimensions of life.

While each participant remains responsible for their own process, I will be guiding and mediating the sessions, holding the structure, offering reflections, and — when explicitly requested — sharing my perspective or suggestions.

✦ HOW WE WORK

Each meeting may include:
• honest check-ins and shared accountability
• experiential reflection and mirroring
• identifying one concrete, embodied commitment for the coming week
• closing with intention and shared presence

No prior knowledge of psychology or Jung is required — curiosity, respect, and sincerity are enough.

✦ THE SPIRIT OF THE CIRCLE

This circle is for people who:
• trust lived experience as a form of knowledge
• feel devoted to becoming more whole
• are open to shadow, paradox, and uncertainty
• understand that alignment requires both courage and action
• sense that life is meaningful, mysterious, and alive

✦ PRACTICAL NOTES

Location: In person, Barcelona
Language: English
Contribution: 5€ per session
Group size: Small, to preserve depth, trust, and safety

(The contribution supports the continuity of the space and the energy required to hold and guide the group.)

✦ CLOSING INVITATION

If you feel called to walk your path with greater awareness,
if you value mirrors, witnesses, and accountability,
and if you are willing to act in service of your truth,
you are welcome here.
