The Mission Supervision - Connecting with Supervision - Scotland Group welcomes coaches and supervisors to connect on an alternative monthly basis to meet and explore coaching and supervision.
The Aims of the Group are to connect Supervisors and Coaches primarily across Scotland, although this will encompass other coaches/supervisors from UK that are already interested. We will be looking to offer this generally to the coaching community who may be affiliated to Association of Coaching , ICF, EMCC and beyond. This reaches out into the bigger community of people that utilise coaching within their profession. We already have some interest from coaches practising within a couple of universities also. We are aiming to create a rich environment to encourage sharing, growth, current practice and support.
We want to promote supervision to a wider coaching community to encourage healthy and ethical coaching practice for coaches utilising coaching within their daily practice, even if they are not primarily coaches professionally. This will evolve within the offer to respond to what people are looking to engage with.
This will be a connective space to also encourage more local in-person meet-up for coaches in Scotland as there is a thriving coaching community across the region, yet low connectivity in some areas.
We are open to your feedback to this space to encompass what the coaching community would like to gain from this supportive environment.
The sessions will be for 1¼ hours duration, alternate months, free and facilitated virtually via zoom.
Onboarding will be via Eventbrite.
A small agreement will be sent out with the zoom link to participants booking on to the session to manage expectations of all participants and contribute to the ethos of the group.
