Mission Waltham Forest is our plan for a more equal borough by 2030.It is our ambitious response to the most pressing challenges we face today: cuts to local government finances, growing need for our services, and growing inequality in our borough. Mission Waltham Forest represents the start of a fundamental change to the way we work and serves as a call to action for our communities and partners to work towards a more equal future.We need to embark on this journey together. Our Mission Workshops are the first step.The real test of Mission Waltham Forest and our transformation programme is how we deliver it in the months and years to come. That's what will turn ambition into reality.Join one of our Mission Workshops to explore this with us, where we will be discussing: <ul><li>how Mission Waltham Forest relates to your work</li><li>the ways a mission-based approach will change how we work</li><li>how you can shape and lead delivery</li></ul>Workshops are open to all Waltham Forest staff - including agency / contract staff - and will take place in a range of locations across the borough.On this page you can sign up for an online workshop (on 22nd March) and a number of in-person workshops in the Town Hall Foyer.Dedicated workshops at other locations across the borough are being organised directly with the relevant teams.
