Mistletoe Meet-Up

This project is all about helping creative solopreneurs to connect, share their skills and grow happy, healthy businesses. Self-employed life can be isolating, so we've put fun and friendly co-working sessions at the heart of what we do. Beyond that, the vibe of this project is about thinking creatively, working flexibly and trying new things.  Everyone with a creative mind and growing business is most welcome.

<H2><STRONG>MISTLETOE MEET-UP - Saturday 8th December 2018</STRONG></H2>
<H2><STRONG></STRONG>A unique festive evening of creativity and fizz.</H2>
<H3>Come and try your hand at a new craft, browse our artisan gift stalls and enjoy a glass of prosecco with friends.  A fabulous way to kick-start the festive season and feed your creative side.</H3>

<P><STRONG>£18 ticket includes:</STRONG></P>
<P><SPAN>- Both craft workshops (all necessary materials included)</SPAN> </P>
<P>- Glass of prosecco (or soft drink) and mince pie</P>
<P><STRONG>£12 ticket includes:</STRONG></P>
<P><SPAN>- One craft workshop (all necessary materials included)</SPAN> </P>

<P><STRONG>£5 'shop &amp; fizz' tickets, if you'd prefer to just pop in for a shop</STRONG></P>
<P>10% of profits from this event will be donated to Families First Bedfordshire, a charity that helps families in crisis to thrive by offering support, therapy, nursery care and counselling.</P>
<P>Note: Guests aged 16 and over are welcome.  Alcohol available for those over 18 only. </P>

<H3><STRONG>CRAFT OPTIONS:</STRONG></H3>
<P>Choose from the following workshop sessions, to add that little bit of hand-made sparkle to your Christmas this year.  (£18 ticket includes both)</P>
<H4><STRONG>Workshop a: Calligraphy with Lettered by Annie</STRONG></H4>
<P><EM>Learn how to use a nib and ink, do some warm up strokes and then have at a go at perfecting the letters you need to create a beautifully hand-lettered Christmas gift tag.  </EM><BR></P>
<H4><STRONG>Workshop b: Hand-stitched felt tree decoration with Blossom and Bailey</STRONG></H4>
<P><EM>Learn how to hand-stitch a cute felt decoration for your Christmas tree.  You'll leave the session with a finished decoration, as well as the skills to create more at home.  </EM></P>
<P>Places for each session are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Your session time will be confirmed before the date.</P>
<P>Doors will open and fizz will be waiting from 6pm.</P>

<P><EM></EM>The Creative Works Project is a community group that has been designed to connect local creative businesses and showcase local talent.  In the run up to Christmas 2018 we'd love to encourage everyone to shop locally.  You'd be amazed at the wealth of unique, hand-crafted gifts you can find right on your doorstep.</P>
