Minds United Sports Club CIC is a community-based organisation in West London that uses sport and social activities to improve mental health, wellbeing, and inclusion. We deliver a wide range of programmes, including futsal, football, tennis, cricket, and clubhouse activities, alongside courses, peer support sessions, and community events. Our mission is to provide safe, welcoming spaces where people of all abilities can stay active, develop skills, build confidence, and connect with others.

Westway Sports & Fitness Centre

On Friday evenings we run our futsal session for both our male and female members, giving our players who aren't able to attend our midday sessions due to work etc a chance to come together, train and bond together with a fun twist on football. Futsal is similar to street football, where a smaller, heavier ball is used with different sized goals. It's helpful for many of our players to train for futsal specifically, as many of our international tournaments are for futsal. This project runs every Friday from 6-7pm@ Westway Sports Centre
