Join York Civic Trust and Lise-marie Newman from Creative Avenues, York. For a creative 2-hour mixed media workshop exploring the stories, textures, colours, and architecture that shape our local heritage. Using different materials, participants will create their own unique artwork inspired by familiar landmarks in Acomb and Westfield.

This relaxed and welcoming session is suitable for all experience levels and encourages experimentation, creativity, and personal expression. All materials will be provided — just bring your curiosity and imagination.

Lisa-marie is a fully qualified Art Teacher with 25 years experience in secondary to adult education. Lisa-marie is also an Art Tutor for City of York Council, 'York Learning' workshops.
