With many of us confined to our homes, it’s more important than ever to ensure we keep moving and stay healthy both physically and mentally.Russell’s session will effectively run two sessions parallel to one another, the first aimed at those wanting to get their bodies moving in a steady-paced session, and another for those wishing to turn up the tempo. This weekly session is perfect for anyone looking to stay active and healthy at home.About RussellAt 47, Russell has been in the Health and Wellness industry for nearly 30 years, with a strong mantra of helping people improve their health both physically and mentally.As a coach he’s also helped clients to represent their country in Kettlebell Sport and developed the concept “Dad’s First Tri”, helping get Dads from couch to Ironman distance triathlons.
