During this interactive session, you hear about the misconduct committed by a certain employee, and how management intend to deal with it. Your own views on the progress and direction the matter should take will also count, as we reveal the relevant facts, before giving you the chance to hear from our talented actors who will play out the disciplinary hearing. We will conclude with a focus on lessons learnt from the exercise, before giving you top tips on how to conduct your own disciplinary hearings in the future. The morning session held online is suitable for HR professionals and / or managers within organisations.
