Barry's is coming to Moda, The Lexington for ONE DAY ONLY.

Arrival: 8.30Class starts: 8:45On Saturday 23rd October we’ll be transforming the basement of The Lexington into the Red Room and welcoming in the team from Barry’s to bring Liverpool its first ever Barry’s Bootcamp class! Across six sessions throughout the day, guests from across Liverpool will be invited to sweat it out with Barry’s lead trainers before heading up to level 17 to enjoy one of Barry’s famous shakes with a view over the city.This is so much more than a workout. It’s a lifestyle. Working side by side as a community creates strong bonds between participants who inspire, support, and hold each other accountable inside and outside of the studio.Cost includes a 50 min floor-based session with Barry’s best instructors, a shake and a sneak peek into Liverpool&#x27;s most sought after new building – Moda, The Lexington.
