We are pleased to be able to offer our LGBTQ+ awareness training for individual participants via this platform.Our training currently consists of four modules, covering an introduction to LGBTQ+ terms and definitions, the barriers faced by the LGBTQ+ community and Trans* issues.

We want to help you identify and break down the barriers that prevent you from fully supporting our community.

We are a charity so we ask you to make a donation when booking your ticket.Requirements: You will need to complete Module 1 before Module 2. This ninety minute awareness session will help you to understand <ul><li>The historical, physical and interpersonal barriers that LGBTQ+ community face in their everyday lives</li><li>What LGBTQ+ people want you to know</li><li>How to break down the barriers and make your services more accessible and LGBTQ+ friendly</li><li>Our Services at The OutHouse </li></ul>The OutHouse is an Essex based LGBTQ+ Charity which celebrated its 40th year in 2019.Since 1979 we have been supporting the LGBTQ+ community throughout Essex and have extensive experience in delivering training to and working with local organisations to ensure LGBTQ+ people feel safe.
