What platform does the event use?

We are using Zoom.  So please ensure your organisation allows it.  Contact your IT Support department if required.

Question 2

Will I need to have my camera on?

Accepted Answer

Ideally yes.  We know that cameras on mean you are engaging with the session which also means better learning outcomes for you.

Question 3

Will I need my mic enabled?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Whilst you will be muted as default, we like to have interactive discussions to keep the session engaging, you can unmute at any time.

Question 4

Can I give my place to someone else if I cannot use it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, providing that we have email confirmation of this no later than 5 days beforehand, and they are within the same organisation as you, this is fine.

Question 5

How many of us can be in attendance?

Accepted Answer

It is strictly 1 ticket per person.  If there is more than 1 person in attendance from 1 ticket, you will be invoiced for that person.  There is a maximum of 10 tickets per organisation.  Beyond that, we would advise you contact us for a client-specific session.

Question 6

Which time zone are the session scheduled in?

Accepted Answer

The session times referred to are shown in GMT, Greenwich Mean Time. If you are interested in a session for your organisation at a specific time of day, please contact us to discuss.

Can I cancel my place?

Accepted Answer

You will need to contact tlc@thefirm-network.com no later than two weeks before the start of the session.  Or if you have bought a whole programme (all 8 modules), no later than two weeks before the start of the first session.
