Mog's Yoga

Mog's Yoga

Overview

This class blends Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga and Pranayama techniques in a steady and calming atmosphere.

All abilities welcome! Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can settle in and start promptly at 7PM. Yoga mats are available however, we recommend bringing your own. Donations to support the classes can be made at the end of the session and are greatly appreciated (Suggested donation £5.00).

Expect gentle warm-ups, guided breathwork, flowing sequences and a relaxing wind-down. We will focus on reducing stress, improving strength and flexibility, and moving mindfully to support both physical and mental wellbeing

The class is for adults only and is not suitable for pregnant people.

Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and modify poses as needed. If you have any existing health conditions or concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before attending.

Your teacher, Meg, is registered with the Global Yoga Alliance and recently returned from India after completing her 200-hour teacher training so classes will draw on traditional, authentic practices.
