Eat Momo Kicks off 2025 with a series of Momo Parties  alongside well-known chefs Hector Henderson, Lorcan Spiteri and Ana da Costa.

Eat Momo will be kicking off 2025 with a series of Momo Parties with Hector Henderson, Lorcan Spiteri and Ana da Costa.Founded by sisters Dipa and Trishna Chamling in Borough Yards, Eat Momo is centred around the steamed Nepalese dumplings known as Momo. Taking place over three months, Dipa and Trishna have invited some of London’s much-loved chefs to put their own take on the handmade Nepali dumplings with fillings inspired by their favourite dishes and ingredients. Flowing from the kitchen throughout the evening, tickets are priced at £25 per person, inviting guests to unlimited momo and an arrival drink. Alongside the special momo, Eat Momo will serve their signature pork, chicken and paneer momo with sides including aalu ko achar with a selection of wines curated by Zeren Wilson and cocktails by Moth. A portion of the sales will be donated to the charity FoodCycle.Hector Henderson, head chef of Rochelle Canteen, will kick off in January with a British twist on the classic momo. Inspired by his roots, Hector’s fried momo made with minced beef will be served with a horseradish cream, nostalgic of a dish he has fond memories of.February will see Lorcan Spiteri, co-founder and chef of Caravel - known for his floating restaurant and cooking rooted in simplicity and the finest seasonal ingredients - bring his signature style to Eat Momo with a cumin lamb shoulder momo served with coriander chutney.Closing the series in March, Ana da Costa, the London-based chef and recipe developer celebrated for her Macanese, Portuguese and Chinese fusion cuisine, has created a prawn-filled momo served with a peri-peri lemon butter sauce. Raised in Macau, Ana’s cooking blends traditional ingredients with time-honoured techniques, which she continues to explore through her cooking.On the momo parties, founders Dipa and Trishna Chamling say "Opening Eat Momo was a tribute to our childhood in Nepal and our passion for bringing the tradition and rituals of Momo-making to London. It has been so fun to see each chef we admire put their own personality and history into a momo, and there will be no shortage of momo on the evenings!”Momo Party tickets are available to purchase here for £25pp and will include a welcome drink and unlimited momo.
