Yes, it's Monday, you need some me time. The weekend is over and the week has started. Catch up on your self! Let's not forget you need some "me time". This is what this is but with a potent framework. Join from home with a candle, your journal and some comfy cushions or join in person.
This is your week. Not anyone else's. Remember what you are accountable for delivering to yourself. There's something's only you can do.
This is a structured guided 12 week programme. This cuts through the bullshit in your brain and gives voice and action to the brilliant ideas that feel so alive when you wake up but quickly disappear from your consciousness in the day. Sound familiar?
Tapping into the subconscious is the art. It's not an art I created but am fortunate enough to stumble upon, learn, test, manifest with and share. I've been practising this ancient technique for five years and it has both cemented my dreams and liberated me from my self limiting beliefs. It's a 2000 year old technique made known to the Western world by Swami Sivananda Saraswati.
It's usually not the universe that's stopping you, it's you. To get real and tangible about how you're standing in your own way of what you want is the key. This is what keeps this in the real world and makes real world differences.
So how does it work? The twelve step programme relies on a specific ancient mention technique that introduces you to you. It drops your brain waves down from the busy beta state to the deep sleep theta waves, only in this case you're not sleeping. Your body is deeply relaxed and enjoys the benefits of lowered blood pressure, associated phsyiologcal relief as well as reduced mental stress and anxiety. Mentally you enter the hypnogogic state, similar to hypnosis where one foot is in the real world and the other is in the sub conscious. The potency of coming into this state is to bring elements of our subconscious to the conscious. It allows us to conceptualise, to crystal and to separate our selves from subconscious drivers, story lines and habits that run our lives while we're not looking.
The aweremness of self is heightened dramatically by practising this specific technique regularly. The breakthroughs that come from the acquired knowledge is truly transformative.
The twelve week programme gives not only an opportunity to develop the self awareness but to add structure and personal intent. Intent is key to manifestation. It takes time to see through the fog get clarity and words for our own intentions and desires.
There's a new focus, which forms part of the self discovery each week. The 12 steps are skilfully crafted and have been tried and tested over a number of years across people from all ranges of wealth, freedom, health, creativity, intelligence and cultural background. The programme starts the first Monday after the solstice and ends on the equinox twelve week later with an additional final celebration of all that has come to be, on September 22nd.
Tying in with natural cycles is a key element to my personal practise. The slowing down at the solstice is a time for consolidation, viewing our behaviours and reflecting upon them. The rate of change increases exponentially as we move toward the equinox. This is where we are in full flow, our intention unwavering and manifesting lives in our breathe.
Some props you might want to use:
- Yoga mat to lie on
- Blanket or warm clothes as your body cools down when not moving for 30 mins
- Cushions or bolster for under the knees or pillow for under the neck
- Eye pillow
The course will provide:

The weekly 90 minute session includes a 30 minute mediation practise, itself is equivalent to four times the number of hours of deep sleep, half an hour of Nidra leaves you rejuvenated and ready to move into the rest of your day with a new perspective.
