Dr Akanet is also the author of 2020 Year of Plenty (YOP) which was released in January 2021 as an ebook on Amazon. Limited paperback copies will also be released at this event. YOP is a great book for looking back positively at the unforgettable 2020, reflecting on what we have learned through the pandemic and finding hope for the future.
There will also be paperback copies of Dr Akanet's stress management book, Life Without Coffee (Choosing Happiness Over Stress), which was released in 2017. Life Without Coffee (LWC) is about how Niki lives life as a working mum, volunteer and entrepreneur without coffee. She shares time management and lifestyle tips that we can reflect on to improve our productivity and happiness.
All books are also available as ebooks on Amazon.co.uk.
