Financial sustainability is a requirement for a growing museum sector. This one day symposium will provide participants with the opportunity to hear from speakers and to take part in workshops to explore the range of opportunities and resources that are available to support their journey towards financial sustainability.
The symposium will act as a taster for more in depth workshops and resources that participants can access from ourselves and partner organisations after the day.
Delegates will also have exclusive access to the MGS Money Matters Bursary which can help towards the costs of some of these follow-on programmes.

- This programme is for individuals and organisations who would like to consider alternative ways of raising funds and generating income for their organisation
- It would be ideal if Board / Trustee members accompanied museum staff, but this is not a requirement.
