Transitions UK is an exciting charity supporting young people aged 14-25 years in ways that change their lives.We currently support young people who:-Have Learning Disabilities and Special Needs-Are at Risk of Offending or Criminal Exploitation-Are Leaving Care-Have Mental Health and Emotional NeedsPlease help us to support these young people, to ensure that they transition into healthy, inclusive, successful and happy adult lives!

Change a Young Person's Life by Cycling 100, 200 or 300 miles in a Month!

In 2022 why not give yourself an epic challenge with our FREE to enter Monthly Cycle Challenge! Get out there and cycle 100, 200 or 300 (you are mad) miles in one Month! We will send you a free tech top for you to wear as you breeze through those miles on two wheels!All we ask is that you raise as much as possible to help change a young person&#x27;s life forever! As an example £100 will provide a face to face or virtual therapy input session for 10 young people! and £500 will provide a 2 hour virtual learning session for up to 100 young people (all integrated within mentoring follow-up! Any sponsorship you raise can really make a difference!Your challenge starts whenever you want it to start but we recommend checking with your GP before making any changes to your lifestyle. Just book on and we will send you the training plan and details how to set up your Total Giving page and then the hard work starts! Keep us posted on your progress by tagging us on our Social Media Channels and we will do our best to support you the whole way!
