Monthly Drumming Circle – Sutton Coldfield

Monthly Drumming Circle – Sutton Coldfield

Quinney HallJunction, England
Monday, Mar 30 from 7 pm to 8 pm
Overview

Learn to play the frame drum to release stress, calm the mind, and ease anxiety in a relaxed, supportive group.

This monthly drumming circle offers a calm, supportive introduction to playing the frame drum as a way to ease stress and anxiety.

You’ll be gently guided through simple rhythms that help slow the breath, settle the nervous system, and bring a sense of grounding and connection. No musical experience is needed — the focus is on rhythm, presence, and relaxation rather than performance.

Held in a welcoming community hall, this session is suitable for complete beginners as well as those returning to drumming. Drums are provided, or you’re welcome to bring your own frame drum if you have one.

Come as you are, take your place in the circle, and allow rhythm to support rest, release, and wellbeing.
