I'm a wellbeing educator, certified sound therapist and mediation teacher, ceremony leader, facilitator and music performer.

At the heart of my work is a deep belief that everyone has the capacity to lead a happy and fulfilling life and realise their full potential.

With over 15 years of exploration in psychology, cognitive science, eco-somatics, mindfulness, sound therapy, ritual, and spirituality, I've discovered that true transformation unfolds when we reconnect to our being through the process of body, mind, and spirit.

I facilitate sound journeys and ceremonies, as well as a range of workshops that help to shift from doing to just being.
