How long is the show?

The performance is 30 minutes long and runs on a loop.

How long can I stay?

Accepted Answer

As long as you want to. Your ticket will grant you entry for the 30 minute performance, but you can stay and enjoy MONUISM for as long as you wish. However, once you leave, there is no re-admission. Tickets are single-use only.

Question 3

Are children allowed?

Accepted Answer

MONUISM is suitable for all ages, but it is dark, with flashing lights and loud music. Children are only permitted during specific performances; and all under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. The last entry available for children is 1830hrs.

Are there adults only performances?

Accepted Answer

Yes, due to customer feedback from previous events, there are now adults-only performances. Adults-only sessions are from 1900hrs onwards.

Does the venue have wheelchair access?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the venue is completely accessible and has accessible toilets. However, the primary entrance is not wheelchair friendly, so please advise a MONUISM staff member and we'll arrange access through another door.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is free parking on-site but also plenty of free parking on the roads around the venue.

Can I pay on the door?

Sorry, no. This is a strictly ticketed event.

Will there be strobes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. MONUISM is an artwork built from light, which includes strobes and lasers. There will also be copious amounts of haze.

What's the best way to get there?

By car - Follow the satnav - parking as per above. By bus - Nearest bus stop is The Five Lamps on Crosby Road, and it's a 5 minute walk from there. By train - Nearest station is Waterloo and then it's a 5 minute walk. Old Christ Church is at the bottom of Alexandra Rd.

Can I still come in if I'm late?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but if you are booked for the final performance of the evening, you'll only see the portion you attend for.
