This 4-week course is designed for people who experience low mood and who want to learn techniques to manage it better together with others.
Our popular Mood Boost course is back due to popular demand!
Our 4 week interative course will help you learn implement practical strategies to help you feel happier and confident. The course includes information on coping with low mood, setting realistic goals and managing unhelpful thoughts and worries.
The course is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which is an effective evidence-based intervention for low mood.

- Session 3: Friday 6th March

This workshop is only open to Imperial students. Tickets are limited, register by the 6th February. You must use your Imperial email.
Please note: In order to attend this course, we will ask you to attend a 15-minute mandatory pre-consultation with one of our practitioners. This is to assess your suitability for the course. If the practitioner believes that this is not the right time for you to attend the course, they will discuss other options for support with you.
