Moon Mama - a nourishing, balancing, loving journey with yourself and your sisters amidst the potent new moon energy 👯‍♀️ Session time 1.5 hours Ticket price £15 (donation option for those who are called to come but can’t afford £15) Suitable for all, if you have recently had a baby, are pregnant or have physical conditions, just let me know :) We will journey together at Soul Space, or you can join via zoom if that’s better for you, just let me know. What we do ... *Sensual yoga, *chi flow, meditation, rituals, movement, self love, self massage, your own touch To initiate ... awareness of all parts of yourself, time and space for a nervous system reset, release stuck emotions, relaxation and enjoyment of some time for you. Plus ... dynamic movement to strengthen and stretch your body, calm your mind and feel safe to surrender and let go. Tea &amp; healthy snacks provided 💕It’s good to note that it’s your journey, you’ll receive what you need to receive at the time. That could be healing, time to process something and profound realisations or simply a peaceful place to relax and feel good just as you are. The main aim of these sessions is to create a safe space for you, to unravel if you need too, but mostly to untangle your body and mind and bring you back in to homeostasis. It’s a heart centred, feel good experience that invokes clarity, peace and joy. *Sensual yoga - intentional movement of the body, loving the body, awareness of all aspects of yourself, touch and sensations explored, flowing journey through dynamic poses and holds to go deeper. *Chi flow - techniques to get your energy flowing to release stagnation and balance body and mind Side note: please don’t feel bad about taking the donation option.
