About the SPEAKER:

At every Meetup a guest speaker joins us for a 30 minute discussion on a topic relevant to us all. Our Spring speaker is Laura Mitchell, Senior Storytelling Manager at SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity. Laura will be sharing her in-depth expertise on helping people who’ve lived through trauma to share their story, and how she's going about building a culture of storytelling at SSAFA.

If building a healthy pipeline of contributors who actively want to share their stories and unlocking insights that fuel campaigns is a priority for 2026, this is the event for you. It's going to be a fascinating conversation for anyone leading in Brand, Fundraising or Comms.

We also carve out plenty of time for meaningful, high-impact conversations with fellow senior marketers. It’s the perfect opportunity to connect, share experiences, and learn from each other.
