Mosaic Workshop

Join our FREE workshop to contribute to Feltham High Streets new tree ring stepping stones on Monday 16th February 11-12:30pm at the Hub (next to Feltham Library).

The oversized concrete tree rings along Feltham High Street currently blend into the pavement, creating potential trip hazards. To address this, Hounslow Council will be working with Susie John to transform the rings into vibrant coloured frames and enhancing the pebble surfaces with decorative mosaics.

Susie John, a renowned Hounslow-based mosaic artist delivered the Bridge House Pond sign and the Feltham Green mural of mosaics with local people, will collaborate with the Feltham Arts and other local organisations to engage local residents and young people in designing and crafting the mosaics. This workshop is part of a series of workshops that have and will be held for the community, including all five high schools in Feltham Town Centre and St Lawrence RC Primary School and other public sessions.
