What do I need to bring with me

Yoga mat (thicker one is good for lying on), blanket, cushion, water and journal & pen. We do supply eye masks, however your welcome to bring your own. Curiosity, an open heart and mind.

What is Breathwork

We will be journeying with conscious connected breathwork. A circular breath, connecting the inhale and exhale and exhale and inhale, with no pauses, through the mouth. Active on the inhale and passive on the exhale. An introductory video to the breathwork, will be sent to you on booking.

Do I need to do anything before the session

Accepted Answer

We recommend comfy unrestricted layers of clothing, as your temperature can change during the session. For Cacao, meditation and Breathwork we recommend only eating a light snack beforehand, if you feel you need to eat something.

What is Cacao

Accepted Answer

Cacao is raw chocolate. In South America this is considered a medicine and there is evidence that the natural ingredients strengthen the heart and release serotonin (the feel good compound) This helps us to really 'feel' as we meditate and open the heart energetically.

How is cacao made

Accepted Answer

Low dose ceremonial dose is used with Intention. It is a beautiful ceremonial Peruvian raw cacao, high graded organic coconut milk, organic vanilla bean paste and cinnamon. It is not sweetened however we do offer maple syrup should you require.

On the A 41 towards Whitchurch, travel about a mile from the Tern Hill round-a-bout you get to a dual carriageway. Start to slow down and indicate left. First left turning is Bletchley Court DONT TAKE!! Second left is a drive with double gates Bletchley Manor. Come all the way up to the house.
