MOVE: Chinese Morning Exercises for Vitality and Relaxation with Ting Ting

- Friendly and welcoming one hour wellbeing tasters sessions
- Learn expert information on self-care, wellbeing and vitality.
- A moment to pause, relax and chat with others.
The sessions are hosted by Will Shipp, Social Prescribing Lead who will sometimes introduce special guest experts for some focused wellbeing learning and activities.
About the session:
Led by Ting Ting Wu
This Daoist morning exercises workshop will be around 50 minutes and include relaxing gentle movements which are also fun!
These movements can be added into your morning routine for health and vitality.
Practicing these movements routinely can support a flexible body and mind and smooth flowing energy levels throughout your days!
What to expect
- Help yourself to a herbal tea or water as we gather and Will introduces this weeks topic or expert.
- We will usually do a round of names and a few deep breaths together to settle down.
- Each session will be unique with either Will or the expert guest guiding people through discussions, learning and practical exercises to improve wellbeing
- We will then give you the chance to ask questions, chat (if you'd like) and write down your goals and how you can take the information into your life.
