Led by Shauni, a passionate Pilates and Yoga instructor with a love for crafting, this 3-hour workshop promises a perfect blend of relaxation and inspiration bringing you an uplifting start to the year.
Start the evening with an hour-long Pilates flow, designed to revive your body and spirit. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a beginner, this class will leave you feeling strong, uplifted, and grounded. Then, unwind with a calming stretch session to release tension and nurture your body.
Continuting the morning with a fun and creative mood board workshop, where you'll explore your creativity through collage-making and discover new ways to express yourself. Along with Jounal prompt to reflect on previous year and align your goals for 2026.
Meet likeminded people and chat, sip hot drinks, and let your imagination flow as you design your personal vision board. We will also enjoy some wonderful energy balls supplied by the Vamos kitchen.
