I've never really done movement before, is this workshop for me?

Yes! We welcome everyone of all experience levels to Move & Play. We believe everyone has the capability to engage with movement creatively, and what you bring to the room is already more than enough!

What will I need to prepare for the workshop?

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, bring water, and a notebook and pen for any dazzling insights or eureka moments!

What if I have financial barriers to accessing the workshop?

We want Move & Play to be accessible for everyone, so if you have financial barriers, please let us know and we can see how we can help. We know it can be an intimating conversation to start, but we are ready with open ears. ❤️
