The session is aimed at adults, but over 14s are welcome to join if a parent is also attending

What should I bring?

Exercise mat or towel (if you have one), Comfy clothes to move in, Water bottle, Optional: tennis ball or massage ball for self-massage, Optional: Notebook and pen for journaling

Question 3

What movement experience do I need to join?

Accepted Answer

No previous movement experience needed. This is a low-impact class and does not include a cardio element. We will be sitting down on our mats (floor level), being on all 4s and doing some parts standing. Stretches and exercises will have alternatives for different levels and abilities.
