Move With Ease - an introduction to the Feldenkrais Method
Experience gentle exploratory movement, improve posture and balance and find relief from pain
This two-hour workshop will combine gentle exploratory movement with awareness to help you breath more efficiently move more easily.
The Feldenkrais Method has the potential to help us make lasting change, whatever our age and however entrenched our movement patterns.
This workshop is suitable for anyone who would like to experience Awareness Through Movement and the Feldenkrais Method and for those with a particular interest in relaxation and finding more comfort, softness and ease in movement and relief from stress.
Please bring a soft mat to lie on and a blanket and flat pillow for your head.
Anne Taylor is a qualified Feldenkrais practitioner (FGUK)
