This practice is designed to encourage you in reconnecting to your body's innate wisdom and childlike freedom of expression.

I will begin by inviting you to find yourself and then each other. My curated playlist will move us deeper into the shared experience.

I have been facilitating embodied practice for over a decade. I am a Body Therapist and Psychotherapist in training, a singer and mover. This class will be influenced primarily by 5 Rhythms, the dance practice created by Gabrielle Roth, as well as my own deep listening practice.

All are welcome. No previous experience necessary. Come with an open mind and heart and willingness to be moved. Wear comfortable clothing and flexible indoor shoes or barefeet(recommended).

There is access to water, but ideally bring a water bottle.
