Embark on a transformative journey of dance, profound embodied explorations and the depth of emotional growth.

Over three days, we will dive deep into the essence of dance and movement, rediscovering playfulness, curiosity and creativity. Identifying and honouring personal boundaries and unlocking the power of emotional work.

This Intensive is held by two professional dance movement psychotherapists who provide a therapeutic and safe environment for participants, to enhance self-awareness, emotional expression and holistic well-being.

Dance & Movement Intensive Tools and Techniques:

We draw inspiration from various dance movement psychotherapy concepts and techniques, such as authentic movement and structured improvisation, mirroring techniques and Laban movement efforts.

On a somatic level, these practices aim to enrich our movement vocabulary, help us to explore dynamics, textures and intentions in our dancing.

The benefits of the Dance and Embodiment Intensive, extend beyond the movement practice, allowing us to dive deeper into our emotional landscape.

Shining light into and reflecting on the way we relate to ourselves and others and rediscovering the sheer pleasure of moving our bodies freely to express our truth.
