Movement's heart is to engage young people in the call to follow Jesus, and then to equip, train, empower and release them to be all that God has called them to be.We currently do this in many different ways, which includes – Worship Nights, conferences, resources and training events.

Here you can sign up to join us for Movement Chapter at St Michael&#x27;s WithoutPlease read these guidelines carefully to ensure we are all as safe as possible.Who can come?To ensure we are safe and adhering to the government guidelines, a limited number of people will be able to join each week. So, please only come if you have a ticket confirmed.What to expectMovement Chapter Nights are our informal community gatherings, where we come together to Worship God, look at scripture, and pray. Over the next few weeks, we are going to be exploring PRAYER! This will be done in a socially distanced manner. It’ll be a little different from a normal church experience, but we’ll still be able to worship God, look at his scripture and pray.Arriving at St Michael’s ChurchPlease arrive at 6pm. We will close the doors at 6:15pm so we can all sit down to enjoy chapter together. Before you get here, please make sure you have been practising good hygiene, using common sense, and following government guidelines to avoid infection and stay as safe as possible. If you have any Covid symptoms or have had close contact with anyone with Covid symptoms, please do not come. When you get here there will be a team to explain how it all works. You will then be asked to anti-bac your hands before heading inside.SafetyIf you have any Covid symptoms, or have had close contact with anyone with Covid symptoms, please do not come. We will do our best to make sure things are as safe as possible for you to join us but ultimately you join us at your own risk. Movement will not be held responsible if you come into contact and are infected with COVID-19 in any form due to your attendance. It is compulsory that everyone wears a face mask. We will also be sterilising the surfaces before and after the service. The toilets will not be available apart from emergencies. We have socially distanced seating set up and ask you to keep to these seats throughout the service. Households and bubbles can of course sit next to each other. Finally, we won’t be able to hang around at the end for an extended period of time after the service. Of course, you are more than welcome to head on to another location, but we won’t be able to offer the normal post-chapter cuppa! There will be a one-way system in place to exit.Can we sing?Unfortunately, under current government guidelines we aren’t allowed to sing at the moment. However, this doesn’t mean we can’t worship! We can meditate on God’s love, raise our hands in worship and find a new and unique way to praise God. Why not bring a notebook and find a new creative way to worship?Track and traceIn order for us to get in touch with you, should someone at the service test positive for Covid, we will need some basic contact information from you when you sign up to this event.ParkingUnfortunately there is no parking at St Michael’s, however there is on-street parking in the surrounding area.Thanks for being part of Chapter! It’s great to slowly being coming back together in person again.
