Hello, I'm Sev. For many years, I’ve been working with communities across the UK and Poland, supporting wellbeing, connection and creativity. I have many years of experience as a Wellbeing Lead in the care sector, where I guided relaxation techniques and creative movement practices that help people reconnect with themselves.Movement remains at the heart of my work. I’m a certified Exercise to Music instructor, drawing inspiration from Conscious Dance, somatic approaches and contemporary movement. From this, I created Move&Relax - sessions that offer space to move freely, release tension and return to a more grounded sense of self.For me, movement is not just physical, it’s a gentle invitation to listen inward and move with authenticity.I’m excited to introduce Move&Relax to you, and I’d love for you to be part of it.
