This year the focus for Mental Health Awareness week (https://www.mentalhealth.org.uk/our-work/public-engagement/mental-health-awareness-week) is about encouraging people to move more. As an ambitious leader, manager and working parent, carrying multiple roles and responsibilities, you may find it sometimes challenging to prioritise self-care, perhaps deprioritising your own mental and physical health, for the sake of getting things done for others. In this webinar, you will:


  • Explore the neuroscience behind why exercising benefits us.
  • Understand how exercising and different types of rest can help us to increase optimism, resilience, problem-solving and positively influence our leadership and wellbeing,
  • Work with visualisation, goal setting and action planning to empower you to exercise more.
  • Learn a few tips that can help you stick to your goals and gain positive momentum.
