Can I pay by invoice?

Yes, it is possible to pay by invoice. Simply go to the checkout and select "pay by invoice" as the payment option. You will then have your ticket secured and we will follow up by email with the invoice separately.

How pragmatic is this workshop and the topic covered?

This workshop provides real life experience of the evaluations. The speakers haven been involved as evaluators, monitors and Vice Chairs of panels

Will there be opportunities to interact with the speakers?

We have designed the event to provide the opportunity for interactions with the speakers. Every session includes a dedicated Q&A. We have proposed an optional informal 30min session right at the end of the workshop too.

Is the event online or face to face?

Accepted Answer

This event is online, held over Zoom. When registered, access the link via the Eventbrite Online Event Page (found in your calendar invite). The ‘Join’ button activates 30 minutes before the start. Please sign into Eventbrite using the email address used for your booking

Will I get a certificate of attendance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all participants will receive a formal certificate of attendance via email following the workshop. If you have any specific requirements for your certificate, please let us know.

Question 6

Will it be recorded? Will I get the slides too?

Accepted Answer

The session will not be recorded in order to allow speakers to share their insights openly and to encourage discussion under the Chatham House Rule. Slides will not be distributed.
However, participants will receive a written summary of the session, covering the main points and key takeaways.

I need to cancel my attendance. What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We appreciate your circumstances may change. Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the workshop. While we absorb Eventbrite’s service fees into the ticket price, these are non-refundable by the platform and will be deducted from your total refund.

Can I ask questions or share some needs that I have in advance?

Absolutely. We encourage proactive contributions to ensure the session brings value. Please email specific questions to Xavier (workshops@novationeurope.org) in advance, and we will aim to address them during the workshop.

How do I join online on the day?

Via the Eventbrite online page. When registered, participants will receive an email with  a calendar link. Once in your calendar, you will see a link to Eventbrite online event page. The page contains a Zoom button to join the workshop (the button will appear 30 minutes prior to start).

Experts with direct the evaluations, as evaluators, monitors and Vice Chairs of Panels.

Question 11

This event is advertised in Pound Sterling. Can I pay in other currency?

Accepted Answer

Payment by card is preferred. The event is priced in £ due to Eventbrite and any currency conversion will be handled by your payment provider.

We can accommodate a different currency via invoice and bank transfer however. Get in touch with Xavier (workshops@novationeurope.org).
