Share Multi-Stakeholder Contracting: A collaborative Webinar from the Association for Coaching, the EMCC and the ICF

Event Details

Association for coaching, in collaboration with the EMCC and the ICF, are delighted to present an hour long webinar in which Professor Peter Hawkins and Eve Turner discuss the key findings from their international research project on multi-stakeholder contracting and supervision in executive and business coaching. This research was conducted with the help of the AC, EMCC and ICF. Multi-stakeholder contracting, involving the coach, the individual having coaching and one or more representatives from the organisation, is an approach to agree outcomes, provide context and agree evaluation of the coaching programme.

Drawing on the findings from more than 650 participants, from every continent, the session will offer highlights of the impact, benefits and challenges of multi-stakeholder contracting, some of the top tips that coaches shared to conduct these meetings most effectively and look at some of the implications for our practice. There will also be the opportunity for participants to raise questions about the subject.
