This two hour, interactive course is aimed at anyone who plays a role within or management of MDT working within GP practice.

This course is aimed at anyone who plays a role within or in the management of MDT working in their practice ( GPs , Practice Managers, ANPs, physiotherapists, paramedics or healthcare support workers). The course will highlight the importance of team communication and understanding professional boundaries of individuals within the MDT team. We will also examine how MDT working can potentially increase risks in processes such as patient access, safe prescribing, safety netting and follow up. Attendees will participate in case discussions and explore practical tips to improve patient safety with MDT working in their practice. This course will be led by Kay Louise Grant, MDDUS risk adviser.Upon completion, a certificate detailing two hours of verifiable CPD will be provided by MDDUS to all attendees.Please read before booking:<ul><li>You MUST have a webcam, speaker and microphone available on the device you intend use to access the training. This will ensure you are able to fully engage with the speaker/other delegates.
