This training session explores how workplace culture, practice and policies can better support Mums and carers, helping you find solutions.

This training session shares strategies, steps and ideas for building Mum-Friendly workplace practices. In the session we explore how organisations can create workplace cultures which support women and parents through maternity and on their return to work. The training aims and topicsThe equalities context, and how embedding inclusive policies and ways of working benefits the workplace as a whole. The barriers and solutions organisations find around supporting maternity and the return to work. Bring any questions or experiences from your organisation to add to the discussion!Practical examples of how organisations have taken steps to change their practice, policies and build a Mum-friendly culture. Who it&#x27;s forAs the training explores working culture and what organisations as a whole can do, it will be useful for staff and volunteers in any role - not just human resources or management.This training draws on our work with LGBTQ+ families as well as mums and employers.
