Creative Wellbeing Groups & Coaching ~ Vision Boarding, Retreat Days, Sharing Circles & Writing WorkshopsWith wellbeing and positive living at its heart, Strength in Feathers has a vibrant online community as well as local gatherings, workshops and retreats led by writer and wellness coach Emily Wheeler. Our events create held spaces for highly sensitive souls, valuing creativity and connection with a love of gentle strength and creativity.

‘Matrescence is the physical, emotional, hormonal and social transition to becoming a mother.’At a time of enormous change, it can be so valuable to have space to connect with others and reflect on how you are doing and ways you might be able to care for yourself, as well as your child(ren). These relaxed workshops are open to any Mum, however old your little one is.Thanks to funding from Arnold Clark , these workshops are free! Babies &amp; toddlers welcome, as are tears, mess, laughter and openness! Drinks will be provided and you can bring your own notebook or use our paper and pens.
