Held every Tuesday morning at the Birth From Within studio in Torquay, Mums Space is designed to offer connection, support and a moment to pause in the midst of motherhood. Whether you are pregnant, newly postpartum, or navigating the ever-changing seasons of early motherhood, you are warmly invited.
Led by Tess, a former midwife with over 30 years of experience supporting women and families, these sessions are rooted in deep understanding, compassion and real-life experience. This is not a class or something you need to “prepare” for, but a space to arrive exactly as you are.
Each session offers the opportunity for gentle conversation, shared experiences and supportive guidance, with time to explore anything that feels present for you, from birth reflections to the emotional and physical realities of motherhood.
There is no pressure to speak, only an open, respectful space to listen, connect and feel supported.
